Epworth Sleepiness Scale

The Epworth Sleepiness Scale is a questionnaire developed by Doctor Murray Johns of Melbourne to evaluate sleepiness during the daytime.

Scores (0–3) are assigned for the chance of falling asleep in nine different situations, e.g. sitting and reading, watching TV, lying down to rest.

An interactive self-evaluation test is available at the Sleep Services Australia website.
